A Desert Garden Venue With Over a Century of History
The Oasis sits on the grounds of Wild Horse Ranch, a twenty-acre private estate built in the 1890s — the oldest guest ranch in Arizona. Named for the lush gardens that grow within its walls, The Oasis is an outdoor wedding venue in Tucson surrounded by the Sonoran desert landscape, with rustic woodworking and historic charm woven into every corner of the property.
The Space
The Oasis features two outdoor ceremony spaces, a grand outdoor patio for dining, an indoor dining hall, a full-size dance floor, and both indoor and outdoor bar areas. A walkway entrance guides your guests into the venue, and an upper patio provides a separate space for cocktail hour. The property accommodates weddings of all sizes with flexible layouts tailored to your vision — our all-inclusive pricing covers 60 to 200 guests, and we welcome smaller and larger celebrations with a custom quote.
All-Inclusive From Kitchen to Last Dance
Every wedding package at The Oasis includes a full-service dinner prepared on-site by our in-house chef, licensed bartenders serving premium liquors and craft beers, and a 6-hour DJ and MC service with professional sound and lighting. Custom table linens and non-floral centerpieces are included. Private ready rooms for the wedding party, a dedicated server for the newlyweds, and complete setup and cleanup round out the experience. Add cocktail hour service and complimentary appetizers are included.
Dedicated Planning Support
Our Event Specialists guide you from your first inquiry through your sparkler send-off. Before the big day, you and your partner are invited to a group tasting event to sample the menu. We coordinate with outside vendors for florals, cake, beauty, officiants, lodging, and transportation — and our preferred vendor list includes special rates when you mention Wild Horse Ranch. Remote planning meetings are available for out-of-state couples.
